Yes, if you select music from the Ringover collection. If you decide to upload your own MP3, you are responsible for verifying your right to diffuse this music as well as resulting obligations to the relevant organisations, depending on the country in which the music is being used.
Can I use multiple types of music on hold?
You may have different music on hold for each of your IVRs. For example, you can use different types of music for each of the countries in which you have a customer support number.
What is the required file format if I use my own recordings?
Ringover only accepts MP3. Each file must not exceed 15MB.
